The location of the hotel is great, with many restaurants and a 711 nearby. Everything you need is within easy reach. The rooms are spacious, clean, and well-decorated. The beds are comfortable and there is a TV and fridge in the room. The bathroom has a hot shower and good water pressure. The staff cleans the rooms every day and the Wi-Fi, although temperamental at times, is free. the hotel provides a comfortable and convenient stay.

I loved this well priced and quiet hotel. Everything was perfect and the staff was excellent and extremely friendly. The room was beautifully maintained and absolutely fantastic, offered useful things, such as a microwave, an electric kettle, and a fridge. The location of the property was good - at a medium distance from an elaborate mall. Great places to eat like restaurants and bars were close by. The restaurant was magnificent, it had delicious dishes. I booked it many times and recommend.

However, the location of the guesthouse was quite convenient, being only a short distance to both Bangla Road and Patong beach. The room was clean, with comfortable amenities provided. The staff, particularly the owner, were helpful and friendly. the guesthouse offered a satisfactory stay in terms of its location and cleanliness.

The check-in process was disorganized and inconvenient, with no staff waiting for guests upon arrival.

Overall rooms were neat and had an electric kettle, climate control, and an individual safe. The view over the pool was pleasant! Everything was good, yet a few employees were very rude. As for me, the location was great, really close to the Patong beach, bars selling cheap beer and Koh Lanta. Had some takeaway meals at Buasri by Ohm Cafe, set near the hotel, I couldn't resist.

Personally, I found that the kitchenette in certain rooms was not necessary for my stay. Others might find it useful, but it didn't add much value for me.

The studio room is excellent with a great pool. Location is a short walk from Jungceylon and Bangla Road. Helpful staff and quiet atmosphere. Lovely balcony for smoking. Will extend stay.
